    Whats Best for Joint Support?

    What is best for joint support other than Glucosamine, I need something fast acting, Ive heard there is such a supplement and I would like to know.

    theres this asian herb that was posted on here a while ago, supposed to be amazing for your joints n other things as well, ne one knoe wat im talking about, it also claims to help heal other injuries?

    condroiton or condroitin.... i forget how to spell it... also good for the joints

    glucosamine chondroitin is the absolute best...it lubricates joints and is what most athritis patients take.

    I think your refering to cissus but as of last week it has been taken off the market due to our lovely friends at the FDA

    my chiropractor has me take a combination of glucosamine, chondroiton, copper(2mg), and selinium for joint related pain in the knees. U can buy the copper at a nutrition store and the other items almost anywhere. The copper and selinium is very important to take though, according to chiro. I have been taking them for about 7 weeks, and like the reults.

    ive heard alot about cissus something from synergymuscle.com. Might check it out, ive heard only good things.
