my chiropractor has me take a combination of glucosamine, chondroiton, copper(2mg), and selinium for joint related pain in the knees. U can buy the copper at a nutrition store and the other items almost anywhere. The copper and selinium is very important to take though, according to chiro. I have been taking them for about 7 weeks, and like the reults.
