    Whats best to take for liver/kidneys ?

    I am currentley taking some milk thistle, but I was just curious what else is good for liver and kidney support. Thanks.

    The Synthetek banner offers some stuff, don't know how good it is but maybe someone else can help with that.

    Much better stuff than milk thistle out there - Liv-52, Liv-104, Hepatodetox by Superior, Synthergine by Synthetek is the best (do a search on google for each ingredient and see), heard Tylers Liver Detox is good too.

    add Sesamin/SesaThin for liver health as well.

    agree, but its impact specifically on steroid /liver interaction has not really been explored (though agree that it likely is quite beneficial). It definitely will help reduce alcohol strain on the liver as well as reducing the toxic effects of alcohol.

    liv 52 is awesome also same company makes a product called uri care for kidneys which works well

    Okay thanks, I just want to be sure because I will be using drol and tren in the same cycle, so I need all the help I can get.

    tren is not particularly hard on the liver
    DROL can be, but it varies between individuals (cyp450 variances)
