Best times to take superdrol?

if i'm running 20 mg. What is the best time to actually take the 20mg.

I've been doing 10 mg morning, 10 at night.

Would it be smarter just like 20 in the morning right before i work out?

Whats the ideal situation?

splitting it up morning/night is best. basically just every 12 hours. keeps it in your body evenly thruout the days...

i took my sd in 6hr intervals. worked very well. took one 1 to 1 1/2 hrs b4 workout. it really intensified the pumps. good luck bro.
