This is due to the "fact" that the human body only takes in 20 grams of protein per meal, including shakes, no matter what you eat or how much or it. The rest is just digested and sh*t out. So its best to buy the protein powders with close to 20 grams of protein (which usually taste better anyway). And its best to eat/drink protein every two to three hours to get your desired protein amount for that day. Personally when I read it I thought it was crap at first, but I started reducing my protein amounts and spacing them out more throughout the day. Honestly, I've been doing this for about a month and I've not noticed any negative effects. I've still been increasing my strength and size.
Anyway, I wanted to share that to see what everyone thought. Do you think its true that the body can only store 20 grams of protein per meal(including shakes). Or do you think its false?
