Supplement For joint problem??
Hi, I was wondering is there anything out there that helps joints, My knee's tend to hurt when i am playing basketball or lifting, Sometimes my elbow joints also hurt when i go heavy doing tricep workouts, Are there any supplements out there that help with this? Can you recommned something you have used and felt a difference?

celadrin is the newest available its cheap effective quicker and works on more than just joints
next is glucosimine and also msm

glucosimine is what has worked for me, especially when i played football and wrestled in high school and college

if after a work out your joints are hurting, especially after a day or so, then you are over training....the reverse effect in getting bigger

Glucosimine is my preference. You really have to constantly take it to really feel the effects of it. It has helped my shoulders and my elbows alot.
