I've used hydroxycut and didn't like it. Too many pills one has to take. Most people prefer xenadrine. Not sure what's more effective between clen & hydroxycut. bump for you

if you can get clen,......i would IMO its the better one by far,... you can use the other inbetween the clen,.....clen is used 2 wks on 2 wks off......

Product called Themo Gensis is very good e/c/a... know around here as red rockets, almost 2x stronger per tab than anything else i found it just as effective as 160mcgs per day of clen.

My freinds wife is taking it and loves how it has aided in fat loss. She loss a noticable amount of wieght so I guess it works but you have to take into account that she had a good diet to go with it.

Hydroxycut works best for me. Xenadrine didn't really do anything for me, and all clen did was give me the shakes. Plus they have a new Hydroxycut out that only requires you to take 6 pills a day instead of 12.

Personaly Hydroxycut and anything by EAS is over rated, expensive and well market, they are everywhere. You can find better, cheaper and more effective stuff on the market. Do your homework before you spend a ton of money.

I've tried just about every muscletech product and 99% of it is garbage, but i have to admit that hydroxcut did work well. It's the only thing that they make that i would consider using . The celltech is decent but way overpriced and you can get similar creatine products at a much cheaper price.

is this the same kind every one talks about or was there an earlier version that worked better?

xenadrine is thegood stuf, i like i noticed it, hydroxy was ok but too many pills. I liked xena better...dont make the mistake of getting the ephedra free crap....
