no. they are not going to come after you. they seize it and destroy or send it back.

tell the company that sent it that you did not receive, they should send you a replacement or substitution ( if you dont want to risk customs). If not then you should dispute it, they should not have sent it if it was not going to get through (as the shipper, unless they get a specific release from you, they are liable for such "misadventures")
