Dude, no they speed up your metabolism and that in turn makes your body burn your fat. (I think :scratch: )
I'm a firm believer that if you do not maintain your diet while using eca stacks you can lose muscle, of course that is also true in any case if your diet is not high enough to feed your muscle.

Anything that burns calories has the potential to burn off muscle as well. So the answer is both!
Hehe-some very entertaining responses to say "the least". But anyway, my point is that eca stacks may burn fat but the also destroy muscle tissue in the process.
I don't understand why people can claim to take eca and still build muscle and burn fat at the same time.
