    Thumbs up The Protein Factory

    This place is the shit...damn you can customize you own protein for postworkout, bedtime, or what ever. Thanks to you guys I'm damn glad I found that place. No more spending mad amounts of money at Nutrisport.

    IYO- what do you think is the best postworkout protein? They have many to choose from and I'd like to custom build a kick ass postworkout protein formula. And what's the best way to get the most for your money- if you've already figured that out, lb wise.

    I was thinking 15%Micellar Casein-70%CFM Whey-15%Ion exchange Whey for postworkout.

    or just 100%CFM Whey.

    I do the 100% CFM Whey and add my carbs from TL's Ultra Fuel. I tried their custom post-workout one once... ONCE

    I just order 20# at a time...10 of that and 10 of the night...The shipping is around $15. It normally takes 4-5 working days to get out here but this last time it took 7. 20 sounds like a lot but for some reason i have to order this every 3-4 weeks.

    Damn 20#'s you animal! Yeah right now I'm mixing Vanilla Isopure with TL's Fruit punch..yum.

    I'll go with your advice on the CFM. There postworkout formula sucks huh? How much do you pay altogether plus shipping for 20#'s? Thanks sweetheart. _SOLID

    dont order the WPC its the worst shit i ever had! I remember I made a post about it 9 months ago on another board I was sure they added laxative to it lol gave me the worst shits I ended up putting a few lbs down the bog body just couldnt take any more!!

    solid- about $160 or $170...also wanted to let you know they ship the stuff in plastic bags with no scoops or anything like that so when you're done with whatever you're using now, i would keep it and dump it in those
