    I was wondering if anyone has tested out LegalGear's M-1-P or M-1-A?

    i used m1p for precontest muscle protectant. gained two pounds of lean mass while shedding a lot of bodyfat and am down to 3%. i felt it was a good product. never tried it for mass gains.
