What contains dextrose

Is there anything in the grocery store that contains dex. I have looked around for plain ol' dex. but nowhere that I have been to carries it.

Ya, I used that for quite some time, but you cant really mix protien in with it, it tastes like shit, I need something with no flavor.

almost 2000 posts and you dont know where to find dex? Theirs plenty of online stores that sell dex. Do a search.

I am looking into the dextrose from kent nutrition. I read that you should take double the amount of protien post work out. So if I need 80grams of dextrose, how much from would I need to take. I looked at the label on the back of kent s dextrose, but dont see the dextrose amount. thanks, I hope its not 8 scoops.

how much sweet tarts say the long sticks = 80g dex?

Kent provides small 11 gram scoops so you can tweak your amounts easier. It would be eight scoops, but that isnt as much as it sounds because the scoops are very small. Not like a standard protein scoop at all.

I specifically said GROCERY STORE, not online store, buddy. Too much hassle and waiting around with orders over the internet, plus I have no credit card.

You should email kent. They are known for working with people who dont like to use cc's and not making them wait. I know a couple of people on another board use MO and checks and have no wait for delivery. Might be worth a shot.
