I've heard a bunch of different opinions about how many scoops a day (during workout days) I should be taking of this stuff. The bottle says 2 or 3 scoops, but some say 1 is all you need. Since I'm on a tight budget, i love hearing i can cut down how much I use a day, but I still want to get the most out of it as possible. What do you guys recommend? and how much creatine is in each serving, I can't tell from the bottle? Thanks.
