Hey guys. I'm currently taking HMB, ZMA, flax oil gelcaps, and whey protein. I haven't really notice any gains from the HMB and ZMA. Am I wasting my time and money with these?
Also, I'm a big runner and have stayed away from creatine lately. I used CellTech in college and noticed pretty good gains. Will creatine greatly affect my running (even if I stay real hydrated)? And will running alot keep me from looking bloated? Also, which creatine brand would y'all recommend? Thanks for the help!!
