I was given these in place of Hydroxycut .... 1 of these pills seems to make me feel like i do taking 4 in the morning and 3 at lunch ,.... and I don't take anymore than 1 .... I don't crash either ...anyone ??? I would like your experiences or problems related to this product b4 I stay on em ...please , and thanks

I'm not falimilar with the product you mention, but I have alot of experience with similar paroducts. Make sure that you take it early in the morning as alot of these products can stay in your system for as much as 12 hours thus preventing much needed sleep. My mind is kinda fuzzy at the moment on your present diet, cycles ect. I have read so many that it is hard to keep track. But if you are not takeing anything to help you retain lean muscle mass you might want to take a look into getting some Glutimine. It is a major protien that will add in keeping lean which you take a chance on lossing if

1) Your body fat is already low and you are trying to lose just a little fat or
2) If you are taking it and it effects your eating habits because of appetite surpressants.

I'm not sure if this answered your question as I have never taken
this but I hope that it helps.
