very good quality...back when i had someone buyin my supps for me i was taking them...i consumed 3 shakes a day that consisted of 3 scoops of mass maker and 2 scoops of ultra protein or w/e its called...i was takin their multivitamin daily....20 amino acid pills daily and 20 of the beef liver tablets daily...i gained a good amount of muscle stacking all of this. if you have the money i recommend it big time.
