What experiences have you had with fish oil? I am wondering if it is worth buying and using? also if there is any side effects.

Fish oils are a great way to get DHA and EPA both fats into a diet that would otherwise be lacking due to inadequate consumption of fish! I love the way that both fats help in the lubrication of my joints! and also do wonders for HDL and LDL levels. Relativly inexpensive and well worth it IMO but find the deoderized stuff cause it does repeat on you! yuck brings back memories of ma dukes giving me cod liver oil, excuse me i think i just threw up a bit in my mouth.

Fish Oil is the bomb. Its great for your cardiovascular system, has Anti-inflammatory properties (great for the joints) and the assimilation of amino-acids.. No there are no side effects, it might block you or help you shit better, thats about it...but if u are taking any blood thinning meds talk to the doc. if not i would recommend it.Hope that helps
