MY SHAKE CONSISTS OF:-
2 Scoops protein powder (45g)
2 tablespoons glutamine
5g creatine monohydrate100g dextrose powder
600ml water
Before hand i mix this in water and leave it in the fridge at the gym about an hour later i have the shake..Is there anything wrong with leaving it like this or should i mix it fresh.
I have herd the creatine converts to creatineine????or somthing along those letters..
