Whens the best time to take creatine (before workout?after?) and glutamine?
If you're loading creatine monohydrate, you take it several times per day. If you're in maintenence, you take about 5-10 grams postworkout. Some people like to split it 50:50 before and after workout, though. Glutamine can be taken with the creatine doses.
