Which is the better diet pill? I can easily get both. Or, if you have another suggestion, please tell.

It really depends on your body. Both are timed release appetite suppressants kin to amphetamines. I personally had great success with Tenuate. You do realize that if you are trying to build muscle thaat these compounds would be counter productive. Niether would be a good choice with juice because of the hypertensive state you might be in.

You might want to consider one of the more effective fat burners rather than a appetite suppressant. What are your goals.
