go for 1.8-2.0 grams per lb of lean body mass. So if you're 180 lbs with 10 % fat then LBM is 162 lbs and Protein gms between 292 and 324. Split these grams into 6 servings per day 3 hours apart.
Thanks, anyone have suggestion on a mini mixer. My little blender just broke this morning and it was the coolest little battery operated thing ever. Now I'm looking on ebay for a replacement.
I don't use a blender for protein shakes. They taste fine with lumps and they work just as good.
