Will finasteride stop DHT derivatives(ie.Masteron,SD, Winstrol)from causing hairloss

or can it only stop actual DHT? I forget how finasteride works. does its interfere with enzymes, or block the recpetor? if it interferes with enzymes then i would assume it would do nothing with these drugs since they are what they are, but if it blocks the recpeptor then it should work, right?
