I am currently using creatine monohydrate and creatine ester HCl. I use the creatine ester HCl before my workout so I don't have to use the sugars that are necessary with the monohydrate. For my post work out I use the monohydrate because my PWO shake has the carbs in it needed to cause the insulin spike necessary for absorption. Does it make sense to do it this way?
Also, I lift 3 days a week so should I take it everyday or just on my 3 lift days pre and post workout. Thanks for the input!
