"The italizcied portion below was posted at IA's board the other day....the k-r-ala is in question and also Iron Addict, Myself, and a few other members received some greenish CEE the other week that was more rancid than any other CEE I have ever had. I don't think I will be ordering through them ever again unless some of these issues are resolved.
I've been pestering Bulk Nutrition to produce a certificate of analysis or something of the sort for the K-R-ALA. I have not recieved one response despite multiple e-mails sent to various contact addresses. I contacted GeroNova and inquired about Bulk's product (Geronova is, as far as I know, the only current manufacturer of genuine K-R-ALA) and was informed that they do not supply Bulk's product and that they have heard the product sold by bulk is nothing more than R-ALA mixed with a potassium salt. This is not the way to create true K-R-ALA! This would explain why the product gets gummy after a month or so - it polymerizes which renders the R-ALA useless to the human body. Worse yet, it seems that the body cannot efficiently rid itself of polymerized product! Also, standard R-ALA processing usually leaves various toxic contaminants within the finished product. So I've been getting f*cked over by Bulk for a very long period of time. I am absolutely libid and will not be purchasing anything else from Bulk. Figured I'd share this with you guys and gals just to let you know the type of company you're de****g with.
