I got the GNC booklet about CE2 from my brother just about 45 minutes ago. And I was wondering, does CE2 work as well as it says it does? And what about the CE2 NO2 combination. And what kind of increase in your strength did you see from it?

i've never personally taken it, but believe me when i say that whatever GNC says you're looking at 10% true. it's creatine man, go find something cheaper IMO. Also if you're looking for the pump you get with the NO2 just go buy some arginine from wal mart. same stuff, hope that helps
btw, if you want to try out that creatine just do a google search for Creatine Ethyl-Ester. You'll get a bunch of results at half the price of GNC. I'd recemmond all sports, but they don't seem to offer that particular product.
what is a cheap reliable brand of creatine?
I don't think it makes a big difference in my opinion. I've used 60$ brands and I've used a tub with 100 servings for $10 and hardly noticed a difference between the two. Creatine's great, but its ALL about the diet.
there are many reasonably priced brands, i prefer EAS.Originally Posted by BigB396
I noticed immediate strength from cee but due to $ reasons i still like regular monohydrate.
