    b12 injection pain

    I am not really sure where to post this thread. But i am considering using b12 alone for its health benefits. I read when using it like this it is most effective with subq injections. Is this painful. I have no knowledge about this means of injection can someone please help thanks

    It's not for subQ. It's IM. It's water based and it doesn't hurt at all.

    ya ive never heard of b12 having pain. you should be a-ok
