Hey guys n girls (if there are any)
I just got my hands on a couple bottles of 1-TU and Tribulus. I have been going to gym daily for 3 years now.
Can somone suggest how I should go about organizing workout sessions and howmuch of these capsules I should be taking.
I actually have no clue to even when to take (before or after workout or even howmany times a day)
so any help is appretiated.
