    L-Arginine and L-Glutamine

    How many mg's of each of these should i take? and at what times should they be taken?

    Some say take 3-5000 mg before and after workout and some say through the day It's hard to tell with all the contradictions. Personally I take it 3 times a day and before my workout I take the big dose.

    argining before workouts is a no, no.

    try MAP (master amino-acid plan) aka as essential amino acids. Much more powerful as a hormone-booster, than arginine or glutamine alone.(Glut=600% more gh, essential amino acids= 2100% more gh, both ingested per oral, after training)

    I think when you take arginine in excess of 6gs they recomend you keep glumatine consumption under 10g.

    I take glutamine with my PPWO meal and before bed. 5gs at each serving.

    Always close to a gym
    I tried arginine at 1 gram each day for 30 days.
    After workouts.
    Felt I had better recovery.
    Never tried the glutamine because of reading so many "didn't work for me" posts here.
    (But then again- some people think it rocks)

    I say try it and see how your body responds.
    That's the only way to know for sure.
