20mg nolva and 100mg clomid ED for 4 weeks. Run liver and heart protection throughout PCT, as well.
At least time on equals time off.

If cash isn't an issue, I would run arimidex at 0.25mg ED for 4 weeks. It will boost test levels higher than nolva or clomid.
