ECA combined with hydroxycut or....help

Hi i know most of you will tell me to search but trust me thats all i been doing. i know its 25/200/81 i was wondering if i can combine eca with a dietary supp. just to help me shed some much needed body fat. i know i am a bit chubby and would like to ge ride of that. just wondering if i can add hydroxycut or hot-rox just to help me shed fat with a good diet and cardio. my other question is when should i take my stack. i hope to do 3x but i can only workout from 11-12 pm. school and work. so could i take it in the morning then noon and like 4-5pm. or what times should i take it by.sry for all the questions.
