    I take mine post workout so it gets full absorption into the muscle cells. I take 5g Creatimne, 5g glutamine and 50g glucose immediatly after workout then 40mins later complex carbs and whey protein.

    i drop 5 grams in everyone of my 3 protein shakes per day when using it

    after w/o with simple carbs,on non w/o days in the morning because after all night without food it's time to replenish muscles with nutrients and all that carbs will be used during the day-during the day i dont eat to much carbs

    So you take 15g a day!!!!!!!!!!
    Did you know that your body will absorb only about 5g a day after loading and the rest you will piss out.......

    I personally do some in the morning right when I wake up, and post work out. Just figuring that the body could use some after resting for a long period of time... Not to sure what every one else thinks of this...

    I usually take mine before and finish it during my workout. Im using celltech and i like to drink my protein shake right after my w/o. i dont like taking celltech and the shake at the same time.

    About the Creatine and glutamine, take your creatine post workout and then wait like an hour or so and then take your glutamine. The body can only absorb 1 of the 2 so one of them will not absorb.

    I take 100 grams of malto and dext post workout with a 50/50 ratio of both, and 2 scoops of opt whey with a teaspoon of glutamine. I am not taking creatine currently

    No point in taking glutamine and protein together because the glutamine doesn't get absorbed. Take glutamine first thing in the morning or immedatly after workout (on an empty stomach)
