A friend and I were wondering what would be the dose for ECA stack for 1) Me as I doing pre contest prep at the moment and plan to start my ECA stack. 2) Her, as she's just training and has been training for about 2 years and just wants to better herself. 3) How far out from the show should I begin to take it? 4) What's a recommended length of a ECA stack cycle for someone who isn't competiting?
