instone products...please help asap

hey guys wats up i was wondering about the instone products

the protien powder is awsome and the fora t i don know how well that goes tried it but didn't see any results maybe cuz i only took one bottle i hear it has 6 oxo but any ways are these products any good for what they claim

your paying for the name. much cheaper versions of both products can be had. (I know they are higher on the manufacturer site than retail, even retail is expensive)

as far as the pudding, it might be easier to make the pudding homemade and pit in proteins, creatines, etc...
