Swolecat, I hate to have to call you out, but I know your the man on this board who knows the techniques for D-Root and B-6
How much of each do I need to take a day, and do I need to take them at seperate doses to loose water weight??

im not familiar with d-root or b6 but im trying b12 injectable its suppose to be good for pumps and cns recovery also i have a website that explains in detail about alot of vitamins if you want it pm me ill give it to you (its not a aas supplier either) just informational
