Pre-cheat meal supplementation...
I'm currently cutting right now and am gettin my one cheat meal a day, usually in the morning.
Here's what i'm taking before my cheat meal, anything you think I should add or remove? I'll be cutting the cheating completely out after about 3 weeks.
Ephedrine 50mg
Caffeine 400mg
Aspirin 162mg
*I have a pretty high tolerance for stims, that's why the doses are relatively high.
R-ALA 400mg
Grapeseed Extract 2 caps
Multi Vit
Thinking there might be some more anti-oxidents that might help. Not sure what though.

wait, i dont really understand your question? are you looking for something that will curve your appetite not making you wanna cheat or something?

if you guys are going on the approach that he's looking for something that will kind of prevent a bad fat gain, then yes, Sesamin, CLA, and Fish oil is what you want

Yea i'm looking for something to prevent fat gain. I'll still be eating the same cheat meal that I'd been looking for during the previous 4 days .
I'll pick up some Sesamin and CLA. Thanks.

good luck bro, i loved Sesamin.
you can go with pills or the liquid, Avant Labs has a really potent Sesathin, which works great.

No need to up your asprin dose really
And CLA is hit or miss meng sesamin is proven

SesaThin and Phenogen by Avant Labs has some great anedoctal feedback for cheat meals/days. Add in high dose fish oil and maybe some vanadyl sulfate.
