When to take Milk Thistle

I am on my second cycle of Phera Plex and I was wandering if it was ok to take milk thistle with each PP pill I take or should they be split up throughout the day? Thanks

Aren't you taking your PP throughout the day? If so, you should take at least one milk thistle (depending on how yours are dosed) with each Phera Plex. I would take just one milk thistle in the morning for a couple weeks post cycle to help your liver reacclimate as well.

i always take mine in the morning along with 500mg of vit C

You should consider taking "Alpha Lipoic Acid" combined or along with "biotin"
The ALA is also a great way to protect and even heal your liver.

ALA and biotin should be taken 30min before each meal up to 100mg of ala with 600mcg of biotin.

ALA is used by many diabetics as myself in lowering blood sugar. It works well in lowering blood sugar so don't take without eating something thereafter or your sugar will drop low enough to make you shaky.
