I'm looking for the best way to pack on muscle w/o fat/water gain. I have been on a diet for a couple months now and have lost 30lbs and now i want to start lifting. I have not lost all the fat i want too but i want to start lifting now. I have heard that muscle burns fat, so this should help right? I have been doing cardio 3-5 tims/week and now i want to lift 5 days/week and cardio 3 days. Let me know what I need to do. I was thinking protein and creatine but doesnt creatine put on water weight. Let me know guys. Thanks.
