R-ala
Should I take R-ALA with carb meals other than pre/pwo/ppwo or would it be better to take it with these 3 meals?

what brand do you use, i currently have bulk nutritions, which has the 1 mg of biotin per 100 mg of r-ala in it, and it seems like ala is no longer giving me the effects it used to. the best fullness/constant pump i ever got from ala was a sample bottle of mri's time released junk

bump..dont eat carbs at night (other than ppwo)..so I guess morning, another carb meal, then preworkout?
