    Cranberry Extract Qs

    I'm going to get some cranberry extract tomorrow to help with sore kidneys from tren .

    - What am I looking for? i.e. does it come in different concentrations?

    - How much do I need to take per day?

    - Should dosages be split?

    just try to find the cheapest with the highest mg content I found a really good deal at walmart 2000mg serving with 280 caps in it.

    I normally split my doses up and take some in the morning and the evening to help out and the more the merrier with this supplement.


    If you feel kidney stress then pop a BUNCH of it and it helps but other than that stick with at least 2000mg ed with 4000mg being alot better for flushing the kidneys.

    yea, try to get cran extract, not the fruit, the xtract works much better for my kidneys.. i take it a few times ED, i dont really keep up, if they hurt more, i take more... i dont really think u can take to much

    Thanks fellas, can't wait to get some tomorrow, they don't hurt alot but just enough so that I'm aware of it which plays on my mind 'cause I worry that I might be damaging my kidneys.

    OK guys, so I picked up some cranberry capsules that contain the following:
    100mg Vit C
    2mg Vit E
    140mg Cranberry Concentrate @ 12:1 concentration so 140mg = 1680mg fresh cranberries

    So my question is, am I aiming for 2000mg - 4000mg of the concentrate or the equivalent of fresh cranberries? i.e. 14 - 28 caps or 2 - 3 caps?

    I'm guessing it's the 14 - 28 as the recommended dose is 3 - 6 caps a day and us boys usually make a mockery of the recommended dosages!
