Milk Thistle and Liv.52

hey all, so what is a good dosage of milk thistle to take during a cycle? and is Liv.52 a reputable supplement? I've heard some great things on Liv.52, can these two be taken together. Anyone have any experience on Liv.52, all replies are greatly appreciated! thnx! smooth

1000mg ed of milk thistle and liv 52 is a good supp yes

also a GREAT liver supp is N.A.C at 600-1200mg ed

sweet! how about if i am ruinning AAS? is this dosage ok?
