should switch to cee(Creatine Ethyl Ester) it doesn't hold any water at all- when I took monohydrate my face looked like a ballon so I switched to cee and no water with great gains

yeah i agree the syrum creatine is really not effective at all, i tried that s*@t during college and didnt have any gains with it. try to get your hands on some CEE its good stuff, i'm on my second tub w/ no water retention whatsoever, quality gains and increase in strength as well.
as for preparing for spring break, there are some good products out there that help you achieve that "cut look". i have had good reults from EAS's NWB (natural water balance).
Good Luck
What exactly is EAS's NWB? where can I find it...also what type of CEE u reccomend
I have tried XPand by Dymatize (cherry lime-ade flavor) and right now I am on NO-XPlode by BSN. I love this stuff, extreme massisve pumps and intense energy throughout my workouts. I have gained 5lbs in 2 weeks!Originally Posted by Therocksbiggestfan
Natural Water Balance dietary supplement is carefully formulated with quality herbal extracts that naturally help achieve that "cut" look. These natural botanicals also have the added benefit of supplying electrolytes, such as potassium, that help maintain electrolyte balance.
This is a good product to add to any serious bodybuilding or fitness program.
*Do a google search on it. Usually around $6.95 to 12.95
The question still wasn't answered though. I would also like to know how long for the water retention to leave your system. Any ideas?
