My PP Cycle
Here is my ON and my PCT
ON:
20mg PP ED - 4 Weeks
Perfect Cycle (Anabolic Extreme)- 4 Weeks
Hawthorn Berry 2.2g ED - 4 Weeks
5g Vit. C ED - 4 Weeks
B-Complex ED - 4 Weeks
Multivitamin
Flax In Diet
2g BCAA's pre workout on workout days
PCT:
Nolva 20mg ED - 4 Weeks
Retain (Anabolic Extreme) - 4 Weeks
PCT (Anabolic Extreme) - 4 Weeks
Hawthorn Berry 2.2g ED - 4 Weeks
5g Vit. C ED - 4 Weeks
B-Complex ED - 4 Weeks
Multivitamin
Flax In Diet
2g BCAA's pre workout on workout days
Current Stats 5'7" 182 lbs. 8.2% BF
Workout 4 Days a week
cardio 3 days a week for 45 mins in the a.m. on empty @ 60-65% MxHR
My cals will be about 400-500 above maintanence for the entire 8 week period. Breakdown of % of Pro/Carb/Fat will be somewhere around 45/35/20.
These are the only supps i'm running with this right now due to $$$. but any suggestions on added supps for my next PP cycle (if this one goes well) are welcomed.
Let me know what you think, and offer any thoughts...

cycle looks good brother. you seem to have everything in order. only have one suggestion. a lot of people do cardio on an empty stomach but i have found it to be more beneficial to have a whey protein shake 15 min before cardio. your body will be in less of a catabolic state. plus both protein and cardio speed up your metabolism. try it and let me know what you think. good luck with everything.
