hey bro's its been awhile since ive posted on here....jus been reading alot ...
one thing i have been curious about as of lately has been the consumption of VITAMIN C...i have read of heard of few on this board and others talk about taking in a extensive amount of vit c like say around 15 grams or so....then ive read other places that say more than 2-3 grams is overkill......so before i get into some stuff that im not 100% sure about, im comming to you all for your help and opinions.....so tell me what you think bro's.......ALL OPINIONS WELCOME!!!, thanks again!
