im new to taking supplements,help
im an amatuer body builder and i just started taking bsn supplements.im taking bsn axis ht pro testosterone amplifier ( a designer anabolic &androgenic potentiator) and nitrix.can you guys tell me if they are bad for you and if they are even worth taking. thank you

Why would you take supplements you know nothing about? No flame whatsoever, but you should know what you're putting into your body. Btw I'm basing this statement on this

but to try and answer your question, I don't know anything about the axis ht, but Nitrix just appears to a standard l-arginine vasodilator. basically it's just going to give you a harder feeling while you're working out.. maybe last longer after workout too. some people like it, some people don't. from my personal experience it gave me better pumps in the gym, but beyond that nothing. i wouldn't spend my money on it.

A lot of people on this board love bsn products, at least in comparison to other companies stuff. I've tried nitrix and didn't feel much of anything from it- don't know the axis ht at all.
