    i have redkat now and im almost done with my first of two bottles and have noticed absolutely nothing from it so far im doing two pills twice daily 5 days on 2 off routine and it hasnt done a thing for me yet

    i do 4-6 per day.. works.. but the tongkat 100:1 and cap it yourself is the way to go..

    no you dont have to cap it its just that the taste of it is really bitter and nasty so its easier to put down in caps imo but you can also boil the root in water and strain it to drink just the water or you can put it in any drink you want but it may not taste too good

    really ? didnt you get it from t nation? thats interesting best buy i found so far was on ebay it was 100:1 powder i believe it was 40 grams for 35$ i dont remeber tho i have to look it up

    never mind i guess he doesnt have 100:1 anymore there 50:1 for 23 bucks for 40 grams of powder i dont think thats a bad deal what about you did you find anything?
