ECY Stack? gone OVERBOARD!

Sup bros.. I have a quick question. I would like to start an ECY stack but looking at these dosgaes in each cap I am worried that its a bit to much.. I may be completly wrong but how does this sound:

E/C/Y caps Serving Size 2 Caps
350 mg Ephedra powder
100 mg Caffeine
4 mg Yohimbine

Is this to much Ephedra?
This is my first time looking into this subject and I have dont some searches just want to know peoples opinion on the dosage. Thanks bros!

im not too familiar with this either but i took some time to research it a little bit...the caffine dosing you have is low...however the ephedra powder isnt to high(167.5mg of ephedra powder = 25mg of ephedrine) ive read that 75-100mg of ehpedrine is the most you should take in a 24 hour period and the yohimbine if youve never taken it before is a little high ive also read that there is a 10:1 rule between caffine and ephedra so whatever your dosing of ephedra is should be mult. by 10 to get your caffine dosage

500-650mg of ephedra powder
5-6g of caffine
and 2-3mg of yohimbine to start and up it to 4-5 mg if your body can tolerate it

thanks alot pelly.. i appreciate it.. yea those doses are for 2 caps.. I can always take 1 of those and then to make up for the loss of caffeine just take a caffeine pill.. thanks for the info.. anybody else have any suggestions

bro Ephedra should be 25 mg's a day....caffeine 200 mg's a day

there is a difference between ephedra powder and ephedrine 167.5mg of ephedra powder = 25 mg of ehpedrine

whoops didnt see ephedra powder, just assumed it was ephedrine.
