The Ultimate ECA stack: needs Input!

Hey Bros, Whats going on?
Well I have been contemplating doing an ECA/ECY stack for a little time now and I think I am ready to begin. I just have a few questions that would help me a lot:
1) I am going to purchase Vasopro Ephedrine HCl by Mega Pro. Is this a good reputable supplement that will yield results? I have read some reviews and for majority everybody loved and saw great gains off this product. Is there a much better one you guys think I should purchase?

2) I am going to buy the Caffeine pills separately- 200 mg each. How would I split these 2 up. Do I take 1 pill of Eph and 1 pill of Caffeine right after I awake and before AM cardio? I was thinking about doing 3 weeks on 1 week off then 3 on and then off for a while. Is this over kill? Should I not take it more than 2 weeks on? What is the usual standard split?

3) Do I increase the dosage through out the day or is once a day enough. I was thinking about taking 50 mg of ephedrine and 400mg spread out through the day. Should I bump it up or will that suffice?
Should I take aspirin or is that not needed. Anybody have experiences with or without this product?

by rule you should be having 10 times more caffine then ephedrine so if you take 50mg a day you should be taking 500mg of caffine etc.

To answer question # 1, IMO I think Alcar is a bteter choice than aspirin. Do a search on it, and you will see that aspirin is not that great to take for long periods.

yes, vasopro is good ephedrine

i take the eca once in the morning and once before cardio. if you're doing cardio right away then take it first thing on an empty stomach, run the second one sometime later in the day

thanks bro.. yea i will take one when i wake up and then do cardion and then later on in the day before i train and lift weights.. im just not sure if i should incorporate Aspirin or not.. what do you think

it's not mandatory that you add aspirin in there. i don't know much about Alcar, but if kman recommended it, i'd look into that. i personally liked having apirin in the stack though.

adding yohimbine alkaloids is a good choice too, and it avoids the blood thinning/liver damaging effects of aspirin
