    Weight Gainer

    Can a weight gainer be a good source for calories? The thing is I have been eating so much I am never hungary, is there a right way to eat?

    99.9% of the time no. But check out NLarge2. Great Protein/Weight gainer. Not to much carbs, very little sugar, most is complex carbs. All whey.

    I would get most of your calories from food at eat every 2-3 hours, i would use supplements to supplement your daily food intake or were it is impossible to cook your food, get into a habit of eating regular and you will gain weight.

    when did weight gainer become classified as an anabolic ? This should be in the supplement forum

    I dont like weight gainers,for one they fill you w/ gas. there too expensive and even the bucket sizes dont last more then a week.
    stick to regular food,

    and oh yeah,ck out the diet forum

    Motoxer, i don't know if you've started taking gear or not, and if you haven't then please disregard this next statement. Taking EQ in a cycle make me soooooooo freaking hungry it's ridiculous, when I'm on EQ I just cannot seem to eat enough.

    Nlarge2 is decent imo... but I'd stick with reg protien shakes with some oats, and fruit mixed in. Remeber it's just a supliment. You main diet should consist of real food.
