Well, Monday, Wensday, and Friday are my weight days in which I have a Pro Complex, NO Explode pre workout, and a Cyto Gainer post workout.

So for Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I run a good 3 miles. How should I take the supps? Do I kick out NO Explode and keep Cyto Gainer for post to replenish? Or what?

And on Sundays, Im off completely, so what would ya'll suggest?
