Yes. I get dextrose and slow release protein there.

The taste of their sweeteners/flavouring combos are horrible, but that's just my opinion.

Try the smaller sizes before you take the plunge for a bulk buy. I did and I'm glad of it cos I couldn't stomach the poor taste. I prefer to spend a little more and go for budget names like ON or Dymatize.

Still use it for dextrose for post workout, though.

what about the tribulus an sida cordafolia,seem well priced

Can't say - never tried theirs and dunno much about trib.

Search in the supps forum as it'll tell you what to look for to judge strength/value for money.
