Post and Pre Workout Shake
Ok for pre i like to add some oats to my whey protein, should i be adding dextros and malodextrin to this shake. For my post work out should I also add dextros and malodextrin. If so, should i buy dextros powder form like cane sugar, and any recomendations for the malodextrin. For years I have only used whey oats and sometimes bannanas. I want to get the most out of my shakes so please any advice is appriciated thanks.

i'd take out the pre workout shake and get some real food in you. save the shake for after your workout, and yes if you want to add dex by all means go for it.
